Because: We are into smart.\r\n\r\nA park property of 2,500m\u00b2, 700m\u00b2 living space, five bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a 100m\u00b2 pool, two fireplaces, sauna, indoor gym, outdoor fitness calisthenics park, designer kitchen\r\nand, and, and. Marcels guests can let off steam in a big way!\r\n\r\nSmartfabrik was in charge of the implementation of smart home solutions in the villa. The hardware came from GIRA. During the process, we kept to our guiding principle: Keeping everything as intuitive as possible.\r\n\r\nSmart Home can be very easily operated via your smartphone app, via laser-labeled Gira buttons, or via the Gira G1 central operating unit. All functions can be operated simply by the touch of a finger on the brilliant multi-touch display. Smart lighting scene activation for every mood, multimedia control, automated\r\nventilation and heating control or smart entry access.\r\nSmartfabrik makes it all possible. And in the evening a swim in the pool? No problem! Thanks to timers, the outdoor lighting\r\ncomes on automatically at sunset.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
