PROJECT COLOGNE

This exciting project involves an old manor house whose history goes back more than 400 years. Due to the preservation order, the challenge was to implement a smart home system without major renovations. The customer’s requirements were not exactly modest. Light and roller blinds activation, alarm system, entry access system and garden irrigation presented the smartfabrik team with great challenges. Thanks to an intuitive smart home radio system and the use of numerous repeaters, it was possible to turn all the customer’s wishes into reality. The fact that we managed to bring a several-century-old building completely into the digital age left the customer with a lasting impression.
