We plan in all work stages — from establishing the brief and preliminary design through design and approval to construction drawings, award, site supervision and documentation. As electrical specialist designers we work directly alongside the architect and the other specialist designers.
Distribution boards and switchgear are sized, drawn, built and documented — including circuit and terminal diagrams, thermal design, spare ways and test records. For external projects we supply fully built cabinets across national borders as well.

Lighting design for offices, production, storage and external areas: illuminance levels and uniformity according to use, glare control at screen workstations, presence and daylight control, ease of maintenance and energy demand over the service life.
Emergency lighting, escape route signs and central or decentralised supply with the associated testing and documentation requirements — planned for buildings in which every route has to be recognisable when it matters.
When nobody in a logistics hall, an office building or a production facility can get into the controls any more, we read out the system, reconstruct the ETS project and document it afresh. That includes programming special gateways to other trades over BACnet, Modbus and comparable protocols — so that the building management system, ventilation and cooling talk to each other again.
We work hand in hand with building services consultants, HVAC engineers and other specialist designers: shared interface schedules, agreed data points, clear responsibilities at the handover points. Electrical is the trade every other one depends on — which is exactly why we coordinate early instead of on site.

Yes. Many clients commission the planning alone and award the installation themselves — our documents are built so that any specialist contractor can work from them. Anyone who wants both from one source gets the installation through our sister company elektrofabrik.
That is more common than many people think, and in commercial buildings it is particularly critical: without the project file, nobody can change anything any more. We read out the existing devices, establish individual addresses and group addresses, reconstruct the ETS project and document it completely anew. After that it belongs to you — including the group address list and a functional description. In logistics halls and production buildings we also bring other trades back in cleanly over BACnet and Modbus gateways.
Yes, that is the normal case. We agree interfaces and data points directly with building services consultants, HVAC engineers and other specialist designers — which values are exchanged, who supplies which data point, where the handover point lies. Electrical is the trade every other one depends on; the earlier this coordination runs, the less is improvised on site.
