Our sister company elektrofabrik builds what we have designed. The team on site is therefore the team that wrote the plan — and if something needs changing after acceptance, you call one company, not two.
smartfabrik is a smart home planning practice based in Düsseldorf (Reisholzer Werftstr. 31A). We plan for private clients and companies in Cologne, Düsseldorf and across North Rhine-Westphalia — and, where wanted, nationwide and internationally. As soon as the floor plan is settled. Control points, cable routes and areas for equipment can still be drawn then. Later is possible too — but every change that comes after shell stage costs building fabric.
One does not replace the other. The electrician builds what has been planned. We plan what is to be built, and coordinate it with the architect, the interior designer and every other trade. If you wish, our sister company carries out the work as well — but that is not obligatory.
That depends on what it is meant to do — the range runs from a properly prepared electrical installation to a fully integrated villa. In the first conversation we place your project honestly, before anyone names a figure.
