Via DALI we control every luminaire individually — from the Occhio pendant to the indirect light line. Scenes such as "Welcome", "Dinner" or "Reading" sit on a single button press, dimmed warm white and guided through the day.
Multiroom audio plays in every room — in sync throughout the house or individually per zone. Controlled directly at the push-button sensor, with no phone in your hand. The kitchen in the morning, the terrace in the evening.
External venetian blinds follow the position of the sun and keep rooms comfortably tempered and free of glare. Every zone can be brought to its own set temperature — you feel the result, not the technology.
The morning scene opens the shading gently, brings the light up slowly and starts your music. In the evening one press takes everything down: dimmed light, closed blinds, quiet.
On one scene the screen comes down, the light withdraws into the skirting, the blackout closes — picture, sound, light and shading as one system. The spa area receives you pre-warmed, with a lighting mood of its own.
Pool lighting, garden light and terrace sound follow one evening scene — inside and out, a single language of light. The wine cellar holds temperature and humidity steady and reports deviations before they turn into a problem.
The finest solutions come about early. Five points in the build decide how much is still possible later at all.
Where light sits is decided on the floor plan. We sit at the table with the architect and the interior designer while reflected ceiling plans, furniture layout and control points can still be moved on paper — and not on site.
Cable routes, conduits and the floor area in the technical room. What is laid here costs almost nothing and later decides whether something can be added or whether it stays as it is.
Recessed loudspeakers, trimless luminaires and push-button back boxes are set before the filler goes on. From that day their position is fixed — which is why we settle it beforehand with the lighting designer.
Now we design the scenes and go through them with you: which button triggers which moment, how quickly the light comes up, how warm it stays.
Every luminaire individually calibrated, every scene accepted together, every control point labelled. Only then do we hand the house over.
