As a rule of thumb: one additional run per floor into the technical room, plus conduits to the garage, the garden and the roof. At shell stage that is a footnote; later it is the difference between possible and impossible.
Between the technical room and the floors, yes — it is immune to interference and carries bandwidths that copper will eventually no longer manage. Across the rest of the house Cat 7 remains the practical route.
They are designed at smartfabrik and built in the workshop of our sister company elektrofabrik — wired, labelled and tested before they go to site.
As long as the shell is open, everything is possible. After that it gets expensive.
