Ideally as soon as the floor plan is settled and the trades go out to tender. At that point control points, cable routes and distribution board areas can still be drawn instead of chased into the wall afterwards. Later is possible, but it costs building fabric.
That is the normal case. We stand alongside the architect, not in his place: he is responsible for the design and the space, we for the electrical layer beneath it and the coordination of every interface.
The design work is priced transparently and kept cleanly separate from the installation. You always know what you are paying for — and you are under no obligation to build with us.
